To develop a distinctive visual identity that communicates Wonderlost’s premium positioning while retaining a whimsical and welcoming tone, suitable for both adults and children. The identity should feel elevated, yet accessible and imaginative.

Wonderlost is a beautifully curated concept space that blends a café, event venue, and soft-play area into one seamless experience. With calming, design-led interiors, a thoughtfully crafted menu, and an imaginative play zone, it's a sanctuary for parents and a playground for curious kids.

What challenge was our client facing?
The client came to us with a clear vision: to create a premium family café and event space that felt equally welcoming to both adults and children. The key challenge was striking the right balance, elevating the space to appeal to design-conscious parents while still feeling warm, accessible, and engaging for little ones. They needed a visual identity that would reflect their high-end positioning without losing the playful, nurturing spirit at the heart of the concept.

The client’s goal was to establish Wonderlost as a standout destination for modern families, a space that felt both aspirational and deeply inviting. They were looking to build a brand that would resonate with their core audience: parents who value quality, design, and meaningful experiences for their children. Visually, they wanted an identity that would communicate their premium positioning, foster emotional connection, and create instant recognition.

The action
What steps did you take to help them get there?
Are part of The Start-Up package, we developed a premium and playful visual identity system, including an illustrated logo, a calming and cohesive colour palette, and a versatile typographic suite.
On an additional Studio Day, we also created social media templates that showcased how the identity would come to life on their digital platform. Every decision was made with balance in mind: design-conscious enough to appeal to parents, yet warm and imaginative enough to spark joy in children.


The Result
What was the final result?
While the space is set to open in 2025, the brand identity we created positioned Wonderlost with clarity and confidence, instantly communicating its premium feel while remaining warm, welcoming, and family-focused.
The cohesive visual system has given them a clear foundation for marketing, merchandise, and space design. Wonderlost is now set to open with a strong, memorable presence, and a brand that truly reflects the experience they set out to create.
